One of the most important things when teaching is how to
create motivation in children but the thing is deeper because we see the
surface of things and the motivation is inner of each student and the job of
teacher is to create the best environment to bring up the motivation even there
is a formula that show us the integration of it.

3-Disconection 3- Appreciate 8-excite them

My self-Assessment
What I
love from the topic of How to motivate children, was that it is really linked
with the performance of students in the classrooms and the role of the teacher
is a fundamental part to dock or to bring up the motivation of each student in
the class.
What I
did not like is that we as a future teacher do not see this topic a relevant
one. Because we think this is no necessary or because nowadays teachers have
lost the relationship with students and they are only focus on accomplish the
task that bring the book and to complete either a course or a semester, we got
to be concerned about this topic because in that way we are going to be able to
develop the maximum level of students.
What I will do in my
future classes is find the way how to get the complete attention of the whole
class because I noted some of them were not interested in the topic, I will
find out how to make them get into the real role of students and future
teachers to change the things to make them aware of the crucial role that a
teacher can be for students’ lives.
I think that this guy is really awesome, but i believe that he can improve though he is a good speaker he needs to improve more, he had got some problems to expres some ideas at the some points but he is a good guy i could see a kind of fire inside like he was expeling an energy, An energy of being something different i trust in this guy, he just need to keep on working and executing not just thinking but taking action.
